Welcome to our cozy little retreat in the heart of Capitol Hill! This charming 1-bedroom apartment sits on the lower level of our historic 1908 rowhome and has its own private front and rear entrances—so you can come and go as you please.
We’ve set it up with comfort, simplicity, and a bit of DC charm in mind. It’s perfect for solo travelers, companion or couples looking to explore the city while feeling like a local.

The apartment is around 500 square feet and thoughtfully laid out. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, a closet, and a small smart TV you can move around as needed.
The living area gets nice natural light during the day and has everything you need to relax after a long day of sightseeing or work.
You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig machine, and basic cookware—great if you like to cook or just want to save a bit on eating out.
There’s a charming marble ensconced shower, fresh towels, and essentials to get you started. We’ve also included a washer and dryer in-unit, so you’re set for longer stays.
