Welcome to Sparrow Cottage! Nestled on a quiet street and surrounded by nature, this cottage is the perfect place to escape the city noises and unwind. Rather you're a couple on a romantic getaway, trail adventurers, small family looking for quality time or someone simply wanting a quiet weekend to finish a long awaited book, this place and its surroundings have a little something to please everyone! The cottage has an indoor wood burning stove, outdoor fire pit, spacious deck with BBQ grill and outdoor seating. It's located just a few minutes from Hawk's Nest Highway which boasts beautiful scenic views of the Delaware River and amazing trails for those looking to explore! 8 minutes from Delaware River rafting and canoeing! 25-30 minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Narrowsburg and other cute surrounding towns! It's also close to delicious restaurants, local breweries and the most charming coffee shops one can only expect to find on a weekend away in the Catskills!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You can leave the towels in the bathroom or your bedrooms, no need to strip sheets.
Make sure everything is off including mini splits upstairs and AC downstairs.
Thermostats should be set back to 50.
Same code used at check in should be used to lock up. Please pull door before leaving to double check lock.
If grill was used, make sure it's off, and once it has cooled off, please cover it.
Kindly remove trash from under the kitchen sink and bathrooms, double bag it with large bags. Please leave it in the boiler/laundry room. (The large bags are in the boiler room, on the white stand.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
