2BR Bungalow 306C Close to Charlotte’s Uptown

We welcome longer term stays and we are willing and able to work with your schedule. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Charlotte, NC! This renovated home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located less than 2 miles from Center City. Close to the heart of the City, Uptown holds something for everyone: Bank of America Stadium, BB&T ballpark, Spectrum Arena, Nascar Hall of Fame, lush parks and greenways, eateries, world-class museums, lively breweries and hip shops.
The space
This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, smart TV, FREE wifi and off-street parking!

Fresh towels, sheets, blankets and bathroom & kitchen supplies are provided for the initial term. The apartment is professionally cleaned between all visits.

Other amenities included are an iron + board, vacuum, hair dryer, and a coffee maker so you can start your day right! The Smart TV allows guests to access their streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

Pets are welcome to stay but there is a pet fee, additional fees apply to additional pets. Please let us know what type of pet you will be bringing when booking and we can add applicable fees to the cost of the stay.

The home is not baby proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Guest access codes are unique to each stay and will be shared prior to check-in. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to text in the app or reach out directly. In stay cleaning can be made available by request for an additional charge of $160.00 per cleaning.

We are also just 10 minutes from the airport.
Each unit is allotted a dedicated parking spot.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside the unit, we simply ask you clean up after yourself.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any cookware, dishes or utensils that are used or load everything that's used into the dishwasher and insert a cleaning pod. The cleaning service will run a wash.
Be sure all water is turned off. Close all windows and turn thermostat to 70 degrees in the warmer months. If cold weather, set thermostat to 62 degrees. Make sure door locks behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was amazing and very kind. We got in around 2am and had trouble checking in (our own fault, we went to the wrong 306c) and we had to bother him with a phone call. He called us back immediately. Everything was as shown/described and was a great place to stay for the week, very homey. My only “complaints” were the remote in the living room was temperamental, the lint trap in the dryer looked like it hadn’t had the lint removed in a year which is not only a hazard for whoever is staying there that uses it but the owner, and upon removing the linen in the master bedroom we noticed an old blood stain on one of the pillows. But other than that last one, it’s really just me nitpicking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again! Thank you!!
