Located only one block from the beach and close to the Harbor, this is a 2-storey open-architecture style home with cathedral type ceilings. Big windows and a gridwork of glass allows in plenty of light.

This home sleeps 5 with two bedrooms, a large open living space (living room & kitchen), one large bathroom and plenty of patios. The living room has a sofa and a comfortable day-bed that can double as a sleeper.

The upstairs bedroom opens to a private deck that gets the late afternoon sun. Here you can lay on a long couch, read a book or take a nap. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.

Downstairs, a large wraparound redwood deck, bathed in sunshine overlooks a stunning garden filled with beautiful plants and rocks and a bevy of doves, finches, blue-jays and red-winged blackbirds. Summer nights provide an occasion to sit in the hot tub in this zen-like setting and enjoy the clear starry nights in complete privacy.

Take Long Beach walks, watch the sunset, hear the crashing waves, have a long soak in the hot tub.. this home allows plenty of privacy while also being able to enjoy nature and get outside. Our vacation home is a beautiful, spacious, private home away from home.

Sleeping arrangement: The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a pillow-top daybed, comfortably sleeping three. The downstairs bedroom has a Tempur Pedic queen mattress looking through large French doors to the hot tub against a wall of black bamboo. There is also a chaise, a foam foldout mattress and a double inflate-able queen mattress and a daybed if needed.

The tropical secluded backyard has a large wraparound deck, a hot-tub with chaise lounge-chairs, an outdoor hot & cold shower, a gas BBQ and a marble-top antique dining table & chairs. The lovely backyard is completely fenced so you can bring your furry friends with you.

Pet fee - Guests with pets are allowed to a pet for a fee of $40/day. (No more than one pet is allowed except with prior written permission). Pet owners must bring their own bedding/blankets etc for their pet to ensure that there is no pet fur on the house bedding, couches, chairs etc.. House cleaners should not be expected to clean up after them. Thank you.
