Classic Hamptons 4-bed / 3-bath beach house in Wainscott. South of the highway, walking/biking distance to Wainscott Main Beach. Renovated pool house has a pull out sofa and an outdoor shower.

Heated pool and a basketball court with a 10-foot rim on the property. The house comes with a grill, inflatable kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Everything you could want for a beach vacation. Pets of all kinds are welcome.

Great location about a mile from the beach and very nice pool at the house. House was very comfortable and useable and the host was extremely communicative and helpful.
