Pool house is adorned with classic English Lloyd Loom furnishings, and all the amenities needed to enjoy your summer outdoors. The pool house boasts wi-fi, DirectvTV and all the bells and whistles needed to impress your friends.

Double Volume Great room with skylights, designer chandelier, propane burning fireplace and exposed beamed living space adorns high end Restoration Hardware furnishings. Newly refinished wood flooring and Anderson windows installed throughout.

The recently installed state-of-the-art kitchen boasts Miele and Wolf appliances - an induction stove top and a convection oven with 57 different settings – a chef's dream.

Upper level includes master bedroom (restoration hardware); king bed; and a fabulous promenade dressing room with built in custom closets, frosted glass paneled doors and balcony.

Wonderful experience! Great House!

Fantastic home with every amenity you could hope for. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. We celebrated my 60th birthday and were very sad to leave...and plan on returning in September! These pictures only hint at how wonderful this home is.

Why they chose this property

I was born and raised in NYC - and when I first vacationed in the Hamptons years ago, I fell in love with Wainscott. It has everything one could ever want - and is perfectly located. I love the fact that Wainscott beach is not open to the public at large and is not commercialized. It’s a private place where one can think and reflect - and when you want to shift gears the access to restaurants and a buzzy social scene in BridgeHampton; Sag Harbor and East Hampton village is within minutes reach. The best of both worlds.
