Host was super responsive and accommodating, we had a great escape from the NY snows and got in lots of local hiking and kayaking with the included kayaks, nice touch! House was super clean and very new with a huge fenced-in back yard which made it even more enjoyable.

Fantastic place!! Clean, new, comfortable! The fenced back yard is great for our little dogs. Lots of games to play, a grill, plenty of outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time on the huge back porch. When moving indoors, the comfy recliner sofa is there to greet you! Great water pressure in the showers. Nothing bad about this place. Regis is a dream to work with!! We would definitely stay here again!

Rainbow spring state park is close by and worth going to. Entry fee is only $2 pp.
