Inside you'll find a warm, homey 70's Texas Country vibe that invites you to kick off your boots and relax.

Each room is thoughtfully decorated for comfort and conversation. Curl up with a good book in the library/ office space, gather with friends in the game room, unwind by the fire pit or gently swing in the reading chair beneath the majestic 400-year-old live oak that has watched over this corner of San Marcos for generations.

Beautiful home that is beautifully decorated and centrally located in San Marcos. All the amenities that you could ask for including chips and salsa at check in, coffee beans for that morning fix, comfy beds and towels. Great stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! This is a must stay if you're in the area and need a large home. The place was clean, fun and set up for us to relax and enjoy our weekend on the water. The local touches were a nice touch!

We rented the Cozy Corner house for Parent’s weekend. The location was so close to the Texas State campus, and specifically my daughter’s dorm. It made the rental perfect for our family. We had a few friends over for brunch, and the game room was the perfect hang out spot. We didn’t get to use the fire pit outside, but would be perfect for a late fall evening. Overall I was super happy with the accommodations, and the host was super nice and communicative. We will be back.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at The Cozy Corner! Such an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Communication was excellent, and notified as soon as everything was ready! The location felt very safe and was so convenient to everything in San Marcos. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches throughout. Every.Single.Thing was not only beautifully decorated, but so much thought went into every corner of this home. It was stocked with absolutely everything you could think of - fully stocked kitchen and utensils, snacks, local coffee and products, chargers in every room, trash cans in every room and clearly labeled items that made everything easy.Some of our favorite things:• the fresh rosemary, mint, and sage outside!• The record player and record collection• The decorations were so fun & nostalgic• Beds and Pillows were so comfortable• The local coffee & products• Local products• Our fave thing was the outdoor space. The fire pit is so cool that we are ordering one for our home. The string lights were a perfect touch. We even saw deer and a fox nearby.You can tell so much care and thought went into this place. As a guest, it was the best I’ve ever seen. All hosts should take notes and strive to emulate this hosts thoughtfulness. Highly recommend The Cozy Corner - we can’t wait to stay again! 🦌🦊

This house was a gem, and the location could not have been more perfect! Very spacious inside, and multiple spaces outside under amazing oak trees. We felt more than welcome and at home, thanks to our host Kaleigh. It made for a perfect weekend with family, celebrating our graduate!
