Karina and her family were wonderful to have on property. They left the place very nice and tidy upon departure. We would love to have them back again at any one of our beach properties. They also had some helpful tips for us for future stays. We love it when our guests enjoy our beach town and our property and feel free to offer suggestions to improve the stays for future guests.

We're Rob and Deb Cozort, the owners and hosts of Cozort Beach Properties. To us, a great vacation is about more than a comfortable place to sleep. It's about slowing down, spending time with people you love, and feeling welcome from the moment you arrive.

We take pride in being hands-on owners. We enjoy getting to know our guests, answering questions, sharing favorite local spots, and helping with the little things that can make a stay memorable. We want you to feel at home while enjoying the relaxation of a beach getaway.

Over the years, we've welcomed couples celebrating special occasions, families making memories in the sand, friends reconnecting, and travelers discovering Carpinteria for the first time. One of the best parts of hosting is seeing familiar faces return year after year. Those relationships mean a great deal to us.

Our four Carpinteria beach rentals offer something for different kinds of trips: Unit #7 is a cozy studio, Units #29 and #30 are one-bedroom condos, and Unit #65 is a two-bedroom condo that accommodates up to six guests. Each is just steps from the beach, with access to a shared heated swimming pool, BBQ and picnic areas, and gated parking.

We love the simple pleasures here: early walks along the shoreline, coffee and breakfast downtown, browsing local shops, afternoons by the pool, and watching the sky change colors at sunset. You can park the car and explore much of Carpinteria on foot.

Whether you're planning a weekend away, a family beach vacation, or a longer coastal escape, we hope your time here is filled with comfort, laughter, and great memories.
