Excellent location a block and a half from the water with a nice boardwalk nearby. The condo itself was well appointed and conveniently had two bathrooms (one being very small, but easy access from the first floor). The kitchen was well equipped and obviously recently updated very nicely, but some essentials were missing like a usable set of tongs and measuring cups. Minor. Highly recommended!

Great Beach Stay

We had an amazing time. Have been coming to Carpinteria for many years and have stayed in a lot of places by the beach and this was great! The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay.

We love staying every summer at this comfortable beach house! Pamela, the host, is so kind and accommodating! The place is just a short walk walk to the beach and also to town! We plan to come again!

Wonderful Beach Condo

My wife and I found this to be a wonderful place for us to enjoy a weekend beach getaway on the coastline.
