Very dirty! Mold on the shower curtains, dirt and hair all on the baseboards, mysterious drips down the wall in the bathroom, stains on towels, garbage under the bed, missing paint on the walls, rotted out wood frame going out to the upstairs balcony door. Lots of stairs! if you have young kids or older adults this probably isn’t the place for you. Convenient to downtown, comfy beds, nice kitchen, and fit everyone in our group comfortably. Plenty of seating, and areas to hangout. Game room was fun!

Facilities were nice but there was not as much cleaning supplies and I would have hoped. Just a broom. I could have used the swiffer or Lysol wipes several times. We also notice a minor ant problem in the 3rd floor bedrooms. Nothing too crazy but there was definitely a small colony there under the beds. The view was beautiful and the location was amazing. Not right in the middle of everything but also not out in the middle of nowhere. The decor was adorable and the kitchen was perfect. I would return.
