It was very close to prime locations, which was nice. It was clean and newly renovated. Enjoyed our stay here.

We had safety concerns, things needed repaired. Location was great. Large hole in the stone at entrance. Several lights and a bedroom fan did not work. The one shower curtain rod was not very secure. Bath faucet was loose. Had to use lower level bedroom by way of a spiral stair case, did not feel real comfortable going up and down.

We were all very happy with this well equipped, clean, comfortable lovely condo. It is a perfect location close to everything, but it still had a feeling of being away from all the attractions. The owners or whomever we dealt with were very prompt and helpful. If we take another girl's trip we would stay at this condo if it were available. Thank you.

Vacation stay

Great location. Great communication. Town house worked out great for 3 couples. Not the best for people that have issues with stairs. Main level is ok for ones that don’t get around up and down with stairs. We were ok with all our family. Close to two grocery stores and all the attractions in pigeon forge. Would stay again.

If you stay at one of these properties, be sure to enquire about the AC. We were there for 2 nights and the AC never worked properly. After repeated calls, someone finally came to check. To my knowledge, they knew the AC was not working properly because in the unit beside us they had to bring in window AC units.

We loved this unit! 6 of us stayed here and loved that we had our own space and bathrooms! It’s super easy to locate and very close to everything we wanted to do! Great value for what we got!

Stairs to basement are a spiral staircase and is a tight fight for large suitcases. Everything was lovely and as expected. Separate levels but all open to the main living area. Basement level is all one room (except the bathroom of course). Really enjoyed our stay. The Location was AMAZING. (Not related to the listing, when you leave the road to get back on the main drag low cars will scrape the pavement)
