Great place to stay!

Calm waters was a great place to stay! Everything was clean and well kept. Meg met us upon arrival. Took care of everything we needed and answered any questions we had while we were there.

The Calm Water Villas was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Communication was easy and fast any time we had a question or concern. Their team greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property, gave us directions to one of their favorite beach spots, and shared recommendations on local restaurants. They also surprised us with decorations and a sweet welcome drink/snack to celebrate our honeymoon! The master suite villa had everything we could need and then some. It was obvious that the accommodations were created with thought and the view could not be more beautiful! The only negative was that our trip had to end!! Thank you for a beautiful stay

Amazing!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Calm Water Villas! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to return! We stayed in the master suite villa overlooking the pool and the ocean, which was the perfect size for us! It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need and more in a studio size unit. The bathroom was awesome and is a great size with dual showers! The deck with the extra comfortable lounge chairs and the perfect size pool was our favorite spot! The setting is so beautiful with a perfect little beach and the dock with amazing views. The location overall was great for us, not too far from anything. We actually met Meg when we first arrived and she was so amazing and answered any questions we had! Do not hesitate to book this villa, it’s amazing and we are already planning our return trip!

Perfect Exuma Escape-Calm Water Villas has it all!!!!

Our stay at the Calm Waters villa was absolutely unforgettable! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly equipped — with our own private deck, beach, dock and pool to relax in complete peace. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything easy, including arranging a seamless private transfer. We loved kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkleing right from the property and were lucky enough to see a family of stingrays, sea turtles, and plenty of colorful fish!! I definately plan to rent a boat or jetski and have them brought to the dock next time! We took a few trips to other beaches and each one was its own special experience. Local stores nearby made it simple to pick up food and snacks, and the location felt wonderfully private yet convenient. I also felt very safe, even though the location was secluded. We also went to several good restaurants for dinner and drinks! It was nice to have the option to socialize when we felt like it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private island getwaway in one of the most beautiful places in the world! Cant wait to go back!
