Stoneridge is a very, very nice clean place. We’re calling the host for help. They’re very pleasant very helpful and gave the right information. The pool area was not five star but nice in adequate. The pool itself is large and very nice overall I definitely recommend it.

great location, very clean, however the Heat Pump just outside the bedroom windows was quite loud (perhaps needs service) and the light over the oven was not working. With that said the place was awesome!

Thanks for the 4‑star review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the place very clean. Sorry the heat pump outside the bedroom windows was loud and the oven light wasn’t working — that fell short of our standards. We’ll have maintenance service the heat pump and repair/replace the oven light. We appreciate you letting us know and welcome any suggestions on how we could earn five stars. Hope to host you again.

My husband and I had a very nice stay. My parents own a condo right across the golf course and they could drive their golf cart over nightly for dinner on our deck. The area is beautiful, weather was perfect, and enjoyed the quiet and daily walks. Everything was nearly perfect. My only complaint is the alarm system "Chime" EVERYTIME any door was opened. I was told that could not be disabled, it was rather annoying for an enitre week to hear front or side door is open (everytime) someone went in/out. The condo could also use more kitchen items, there was enough very basic things but thankfully I could borrow stuff from my dad. No baking dishes and limited food serving and storage containers. Other than those minor things, the property and location are wonderful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at Birdie Haven. I’m glad the location, weather, and quiet walks made for a pleasant visit and that your parents could join you on the deck each evening. I’m sorry the door chime was disruptive. I will pass these concerns to the owner and maintenance so we can investigate whether the chime can be removed. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again.
