Great place, loved the upgrades while still keeping some of the old charm to the place. Had all the amenities we needed. Location was very convenient and centrally located. We were able to walk to places to eat, coffee shop etc.

We had high hopes about staying here and left underwhelmed. Previous reviews are accurate in regard to location, it's close to a lot of attractions. Unfortunately, the location was the highlight of staying here. I received an email a few days before confirming there would only be two individuals staying at the property. I am still not sure how that was relevant if we paid for the entire home, which is advertised it can sleep 6. The photos listed are also not accurate. One of the showers was extremely tiny and impossible for an average size person to take a comfortable shower. The toilet in that same bedroom had to constantly be jiggled in order to fill and flush. The thermostat will not allow to go below 74 degrees. We do not particularly like ceiling fans but had to use them to cool the room we stayed in. We would have opened the windows for fresh air but there are no screens and we did not want to deal with flies. I would like to state this is my first negative review. My experiences up until this one have been positive.

I ask of how many guests to make sure you have enough supplies like towels. It sleeps 6 that is correct. Most guest we have are 4 for a 2 bedroom house. I rated you 1 star for communication because you did not communicate any of your concerns during your stay. You can absolutely change the temperature on the thermostat... if you have reached out then we could have helped you on how to push the correct buttons and also we can change it remotely for you. The main bathroom has a regular tub, the second bathroom is an addition to the house so we had to use configuration to fit into the space we have. The shower in the additional bathroom canfit regular one person, for a big person ,,, you can use the regular bathroom in the hallway. Screens are back up,,,, it's summer time so flies are around. Next time reach out to your host.
