PENTHOUSE studio condo ON THE BEACH with breathtaking views. Enjoy a glass of wine on the large balcony while watching the blue ocean or looking at the yachts passing by on the intercostal.
Fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and extraordinary vacation. The condo is prettily furnished with a queen-size bed equipped with a comfortable memory foam/cooler gel mattress. Spacious walk-in closet, linen closet,. Amenities including a flat TVs with complementary cable and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, there is also a laundry facility on the same floor. You will be pampered by complementary valet parking service, beautiful waterfall hot-tub to a state of the art gym facing the ocean. Relax at the beach lounges and umbrellas provided by the condo, free of charge or by the Olympic swimming pool.
Only a few blocks from the 2.6 miles Hollywood boardwalk with many attractions and restaurants.

Great place /The pictures only hint at how great it is
I stayed in this studio for 3 months and enjoyed everything about the building and the unit. The building is one of the best along the strip. The amenities are like a fine resort. Wonderful pool and beach area and always lots of chairs and umbrellas. Great pool attendants. The gym is top notch with excellent equipment that you would find in a commercial gym and plenty of machines. The view from the unit is stunning. The unit was well decorated and comfortable. Excellent bed--very comfortable. The unit is also well equipped as described in the listing. The owners Jim and Michelle are on top of everything and you won't have any problems with them. They have pride of ownership in their unit. The management of the building is also top notch. It is very well controlled building . Very quiet and very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. The front desk person always welcomes you back when you come back from being out shopping or out for dinner. You can trust the pictures in the listing. You will be happy here and you will want
to go back.
