Paddle boat/board, and kayaks are NOT available until waiver has been signed. All riders are required to wear a lifejacket per state regulations.
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on site, and guests are fully responsible for their safety and the safety of anyone in their party.

We own and operate a few short-term rentals. The first two are in the South Bend area. We originally fell in love with the area when visiting it frequently when our children were playing hockey. After launching these, we learned how much we enjoy hosting and decided to add a lake property. We are excited to launch this property.
