The Sabal Cottage is a charming coastal tiny house with a cozy living space furnished with a queen bed in a lofted bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living space, full bath, work desk, porch, and fully stocked kitchenette. It overlooks a serene private pool deck with temperature-controlled plunge pool and patio seating. The pool is exclusive to guests during their stay. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the marsh about 7min (2.7mi) from Folly Beach and 15min to downtown Charleston.

Spaces available to guests include the tiny house and porch, private pool area and parking space. The house is elevated and requires stairs for access.

The main bedroom loft is accessible by a steep staircase/ladder (see photos). If you have concerns with mobility/balance or steep stairs, please consider another property.

We had a fantastic stay. The tiny home was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked. It was so close to folly beach and 15 mins to downtown. The owner was very nice and responsive with great suggestions for us. We can’t wait to stay again next time we are in town.

We had a first-rate experience in every respect. The hosts were extraordinarily accommodating. The location is ideal for both beach and city. And the cottage and grounds are luxurious, comfortable and perfectly lovely. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool and overlooking balcony. I very highly recommend this gorgeous gem!!
