House and property are nice. Perfect location for adventure and centrally located to great attractions and great food. This homework worked out perfect for our stay and definitely plan on going back.

The place was clean, and had everything needed. Accommodating for pets, and a great location. Nice views from second story windows. Nice big fenced back yard.

Excellent house in an excellent location! Clean, comfortable, with ocean views and nearby beach access. Well stocked with almost anything you need for your stay. And Tracy is an excellent host. She was friendly, communicative and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family get together. Will definitely book again!

What an excellent location! Right next to the beach, just down the staircase, and a short little walk to the Devils punchbowl. Also between Newport and Lincoln City. The caretaker was responsive and kind. Note staying here will involve stairs in the house and 97 stairs getting to the beach, and 97 back up. My mom counted lol
