Quiet neighborhood on a tree lined street with mountain views. Just renovated with new hardwood floors, kitchen,appliances, windows, painting, etc. Very bright with lots of light. Lots of private outdoor space. Large private patio with three tables and sitting area. Two private side yards, one with grass.

Great location. Basically 20 minutes from everything. Grocery stores and Trader Joe's 10 just minutes away. Well stocked. Very clean. Host responded to questions very quickly. Definitely would stay here again. We have used Vrbo over 40 plus times this listing is near the top of our experiences!

Great house for a small group!

Loved our stay here. While it's outside Santa Barbara, we loved the peace and quiet and space (not to mention the value!). Comfortable beds, solid showers, and a beautiful backyard space.

A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable and well-equipped. Beds are very nice. The upholstery is light/white so had to watch the kids a bit. But an enjoyable stay.

Me and two hiking friends stayed in the house for seven nights. It is a very well kept and spacious house in a quiet and nice residential neighborhood. It is only about a 4-5 minute drive to grocery stores and other retail stores. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of extra towels, and good selection of pillows. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ed

Perfect Getaway

Jud's place was the most wonderful location to spend time with my cousins for the weekend. Close to all the fun in SB but in a super cute quiet neighborhood. Like other reviewers have said, the beds are a little on the hard side but other than that the house is so comfortable. Having breakfast out in the beautiful garden every morning was definitely the highlight.

Thank you Courtney for the 5 star review! The beds have new, high quality Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. I know some guests like softer mattresses, so I am going to buy a cover pad for those who prefer something a little softer.

Great experience. My only caution is to bring eye shades if you want to sleep in- the bedrooms have nice sunlight and only white curtains.

Family Wedding Stay

We used this home as our home base the weekend of our daughter's wedding in Santa Barbara. The home worked GREAT! Clean, well stocked, and hosted 6 adults no problem. The backyard is the cherry on top of this property! It's absolutely gorgeous and provided a beautiful space for relaxing and conversation. We definitely recommend this home!

Clean modern home in Goleta

House is clean, updated and fresh. Nice open floor plan and lovely backyard and patio. Kitchen well stocked, nice appliances. Our only complaints were the beds.... master bed was firm but comfortable, queen bed was hard as a rock and the twin had a header and footer frame which didn’t fit my 6’ son... not sure how he slept in that small bed.

Thank you for your comments. I am glad you enjoyed the house and garden. The beds have brand new Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. We will put a top on to soften the queen, but it will soften on its own. The small bed is a kid's trundle bed as shown in the photo.
