Enjoy Santa Barbara and surrounding areas and end your day relaxing and unwinding in this clean, cozy, serene and comfortable guest apartment, with mountain views, private entrance and patio, BBQ, and free parking in property driveway. Property located in a private road and close to everything. Apartment is on a second floor on a separate building in the back of the property.
Excellent location close to shopping malls, freeway, bike/walking paths, only 10 minute drive to downtown or UCSB.

Clean, well-outfitted apt

Conveniently located just a few blocks from the 101 near the upper end of State Street. The apartment is very clean, nice kitchen with lots of appliances beyond the stove and fridge (air fryer, coffee grinder, full-size washer/dryer). Neighborhood is quiet with bike/walking trail nearby. I look forward to visiting again.
