Kick back and relax and enjoy the morning breeze and beautiful peaceful area. Property has a private pond with small dock for some fishing fun. You have access to the full 1 acre property and pond.
Only 5 minutes from Toledo Town and 3 minutes from 191 boat launch.
Kitchen has all necessary cookware and serving essentials to serve you and your guests during your stay. Shed is equipped with full size washer and dryer for all your needs. It also has a full size cooler for all your refrigerated needs and a deep freezer if needed. Camper cover provides enough space for outdoor lounging. Charcoal grill also available.
The property has enough parking space for your vehicles and a boat.
Private pond is catch and release for anything over 2.5 pounds.

Turn off the lights
Put all dirty linens and towels in the shed in the laundry basket provided.
Put all trash in the large garbage located in the shed. If trash needs to be taken to the dump please let us know so we can have it picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
