Grand 100 Year Old Oaks - Peaceful & Centrally Location
This Beautiful 1,700 sq. ft. one-story home offers an open-concept layout designed for comfort and convenience. Located in the heart of San Antonio, the home provides easy access to major highways and attractions. My home offers a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for entertaining. The property features two stunning 100-year old oak trees. The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for pets or relaxing evenings outdoors. There's even a 32" TV on the patio so you can unwind or entertain outside. Inside, every room is equipped with a TV for your enjoyment: 75" in the living room; 65" in the master bedroom; 40" TVs in the two guest bedrooms which totals six TV's throughout the home, ensuring entertainment for everyone. I also provide Netflix, Prime TV, YouTube TV and Youtube. Please let me know if you are going to have more then four guest by text message approval. If you need to change the check-in time or check-out time please text message and I will accommodate if possible. There are household instructions on the refrigerator. Please read them and most of your questions will be answered, especially with the TV and remotes.

Please take the brown garbage can to the curb on Tuesdays & green and blue on Thursdays. If you are looking at the front of the house the trash cans are on the right hand side. Thursdays.
If you need to check in earlier or check out later please text message the host for approval
Do not put anything down the commode other than toilet Paper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please email the breed of dogs you are bringing. Please keep pets out of the bedrooms with carpet, and on living room couches or beds.
Dogs MUST be registered with VRBO, if they are not an additional $200 will be charged to your credit card.
Dogs MUST be house trained, and guests please crate your pets when you are away.
