Pet friendly, street parking is a little tough to find but otherwise good neighborhood.

Travelling with a dog usually narrows the options a lot, so we are glad this house made the trip easier for you. Street parking on that block does fill up in the evenings, which is worth knowing when you are planning what time to arrive. It is a quiet, settled neighbourhood otherwise, and that is a good part of why we took the house on. Come back and see us.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable, the backyard area was nice. My family and I really enjoyed this property. The only thing was when we got there it was extremely hot inside the home. Overall it was worth it.

Walking into a house that has been sitting closed up in the summer heat makes for a poor first ten minutes, and that should not have been the start of the stay. Arrival temperature is worth messaging us about the moment it is noticed, because the cooling can be brought forward and dealt with straight away rather than waited out. The backyard and the comfort of the rooms are what this house is really built around, so we are glad the rest of it landed. Thank you for the rating, and for naming the one thing that fell short.
We had a lil Easter Vaca with the grand kids . We had plenty of space inside and outside. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard park. This was definitely a kid friendly family fun adventure. Easy check in and out. And a very clean house. Will definitely seek this home on our next visit to Anaheim.
Highly recommend!!! The home was exactly what we needed for our family trip to Disneyland. Our group was 11 adults from 5 different households, one with mobility limitations. We had enough table space to eat at and play games together. The photos accurately represented the home. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe and comfortable while there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. We were pleased to find an air fryer and crock pot. The outdoor grill was perfect for burgers and chicken. If you are planning a beach trip you might want to bring a beach towel with you. There was plenty of paper goods to get you started, though our group of 11 did need to buy some paper towels and toilet paper post way through the week. There were two washers and dryers that worked well. The outdoor patio had sun in the morning and shade along with a breeze in the afternoon. A quick drive away were many coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. The host was responsive when we had a question early on. Unfortunately, we were evacuated from the home with a few days remaining in our trip due to a nearby chemical emergency. The host was kind and responsive to our concerns. They did not have another property that could accommodate us, so VRBO booked us a hotel for the remainder of our trip. It was not the same as this lovely home, but the backup help was appreciated. I would happily book with this host or stay at this house again.
