Robin was an excellent host, and was very responsive whenever I had questions both pre-trip and during our stay. The accessibility to the house is great, unless you are a wheelchair user or cannot do stairs. Other than that having an alarm and a keypad to open the door made the utmost difference in safety! The street itself was pretty calm and we had no issues with noisy neighbors or anything like that. Only thing is the street was pretty busy right off the block but what can you expect, it’s New Orleans!? The only con would be the left over items (from previous guests or the host) in the pantry cabinets and showers (like used soap bars or open food). This wasn’t a large issue, just a notch down for presentation but really no problem. We had control of the AC system and the alarm and we really appreciate that. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you Robin for hosting us in NOLA:)
