Located within walking distance to hiking and minutes from the town, this was a great property for our family of 5. We arrived and it was clean and had all the kitchen appliances and dishes needed to cook a couple meals. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms and bathrooms by the kitchen and living areas. I would come back and stay at this house again.
Overall, I gave this a 5-star rating. I would rent again. My comments: 1) What's to love? 2) The watch-outs. What's to love. It is a .3 mile walk to the Little Elf trailhead. The separation of rooms on opposite sides of the house. Well-stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive. There is a light at Mountain Shadows and 89A. This is big for making left-hand turns in and out of the neighborhood. Very close to Whole Foods, Bashas, and Safeway. Enough room for 3 cars, although we only had 2. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths - wonderful. Overall, it is a decent house, although a little dated. I thought the king bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood.Things to watch for:I didn't realize or pay attention that this was a pet-friendly place, so that's on me. Not having pets, due to my extensive travel, I could smell "dog" in the house. It wasn't overwhelming, but definitely there. So, if you are allergic or prefer not to have a dog's smell, this may be important to you.
