Property is dog friendly. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit along with certain restrictions. Special addendum with each reservation. NO LARGE DOGS. Less than 35 lbs. only. Cats are not Permitted.
Luxurious and professionally decorated townhome located across the street on South Fletcher. Features three bedrooms and three baths. 2,200 square feet spread over two floors of living area with it's own private elevator.

The two guest bedrooms are shared by a Jack and Jill bathroom, along with the laundry room. They are located on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the living room, kitchen and master suite. Living room has a serene view of the ocean, floor to ceiling French doors which open to a large covered balcony. Dining room is part of the living room: conveniently located near the kitchen. Master suite features King bed, sitting area and private bath. Third bath is on the second floor.

Parking includes a 2 car garage. One additional car could be used to park outside of garage.

Great townhouse across the street from the beach

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 5 people. Beach access #2 was just across the street. 2 restaurants are within walking distance too.

Know before you book…

We were charged a fee by the property management company AND an additional fee by VRBO, based on a percentage of the price . There are other similar companies that do not charge a fee. Be careful of the small print! It added several hundred dollars to the total!

Nice open space

Property is very open and comfortable. All amenities provided and nice to have the garage around back for getting in/out of condo. Utilized the spacious deck off the front alot too, and location provides an easy walk to the beach access #2. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Appreciated the property management company constant communication on updates regarding the short term rental shutdown that was lifted in time for our stay. Another great trip to Fernandina Beach!

Enjoyable stay.

The condo was beautifully furnished and clean. It was also conveniently located across the street from the beach. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
