About this property

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the seventh floor, North end corner unit. Nice new kitchen and soft colors make this a comfortable, accommodating end unit. Living room has TV with VCR and DVD player. It is also equipped with small stereo system which has a CD and cassette player. Master bedroom has a King and guest room has a twin and a full size bed. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The balcony has a small table and two chairs, and because it's an end unit, a great view of the ocean and miles of sandy beach. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a 800 ft. private fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. This Condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 people!

4 day minimum required in the off season. During summer months, a minimum of 7 days required, with Saturday to Saturday stays only.

Go to sleep to the sound of waves

Seventh floor meant apartment we enjoyed laughing gulls and pelicans flying by our balcony as we sat enjoying our balcony view of the beach and waves. Comfortable, sunny corner unit apartment. Didn’t use he attractive pool, but enjoyed walking out on the long pier. NICE STAY. WE’d love to do I again.

Amelia Island Concourse stay

The property manager (Kristi) is awesome. This property is in a great location however, is getting a little "worn" and could use a refresh (furniture covers need cleaning and so do carpets) - we had a great time and other than the long in the tooth factor, would consider returning.
