The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 11:00 AM.
• Place any towels in the loft closet laundry basket.
• Place all trash in the outside trash can next to the rear door.
• Close blinds and turn off all lights and TVs.
•. Leave the house key on the kitchen counter.
• Lock the rear door handle, then lock the front door using the keypad when you leave.
If you need a late check-out, please message to see if I can accommodate your request. The fee is $25 per hour.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
