Great stay as always! Third year in a row and such a great quiet lake to enjoy, and there's plenty of lawn to play on land too. Can't wait to come back again and enjoy all the bird life, fishing, and have a great spot right on the lake to make smores and memories and enjoy the summer!
We had a wonderful time at the camp for the week. It was quiet and beautiful. The two sleeping cabins were adorable and worked wonderfully for us. We enjoyed our week.
The location is absolutely stunning. The lake is quiet, the neighbors keep to themselves, check-in was seamless. House was well stocked, and I didn’t need to buy much aside from the food to actually cook. Sure it was a little outdated, but we knew that going in and did not mind at all. Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back in time. Would definitely return 3
This is our second year coming to this property and we love it. Our family has a wonderful time relaxing by the lake, cooking dinners, roasting smores, and exploring all this property has to offer. It is truly a magical experience!
Can't say enough about this beautiful property! My husband has MS and the flat land and access to the water was a life changer for him. Already booked for next Summer!
Enjoyed our second time at this beautiful property and look forward to coming back. This is the best body of water we have been to in Maine by far. The water is clean and clear. The house has plenty of space and the view of the water is breathtaking. A little slice of heaven.
Excellent lake front property. Very nice fire pit, Rick, and swimming area. Beds were a little small but we managed just fine. Having the fans in main cabin was a must, had to but a couple for the small cabins. It was very hot and humid for our stay. Lake was very clean and a lot of fun to play in for the week.
Lots of spider webs, broken microwave, living room door worked very hard. Door in dining room sill was rotted tripping hazard. Only had ac in the master. Water side deck had not been cleaned
We loved swimming in the clear and clean lake.
Beautiful views of the lake from the home. 'Quiet, Relaxing house. Lots of different spaces to hang out on the land. We loved it at the Lewis landing.
Beautiful house, well taken care of, great deck and views. Bunkies are very cute and comfortable, great lot and lake access for little ones. I got responses to my questions within minutes. The house is really beautiful, I just loved it. Nice quiet area, great for relaxing and close to Lincoln center.

Great Location/Lake Frontage, but Camp Needs TLC
We stayed in August 2022. Overall, we had a good stay. The outdoor area is magical and special, world-class water front.
However, the camp itself is in need of repairs. We provided the owners with photographs of suggested areas and trust that they will follow up to seal the structure and fix leaks.
We were disappointed to find signs of mice (and saw mice scurrying) upon arrival. The place had not been sufficiently cleaned to remedy this mice issue.
With improved cleaning and a few minor repairs, it would be a great place. The owners indicated they were not aware of these issues, apologized and worked out a deal with us.
Beautiful spot, not too far from town. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed gorgeous. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Teenagers enjoyed the use of the bunk houses. Would highly recommend staying. This was our second time. Last summer we stayed for one week and this summer we stayed for two. Peaceful and quiet.
We had great time at this cozy and fun property. Loved the easy lake access, huge lawn, well stocked kitchen, and the little cabins were just perfect to have some friends join us for a couple days.
This home was everything we could ask for. From the beautiful views of the lake to the cleanliness and coziness of the home. It was a great stay, thanks Lew!
We had 4 adults coming to celebrate our daughter's graduation but only have a 2 bedroom house. This place offers a lot of space on a pristine pond. We found a nice hiking trail.
We did almost all of our cooking on the firepit/grill. The biggest downfall was no fish. I wound recommend this place. My husband and I stayed in one of the smaller cabins and kept our windows open. I thought one bathroom would be a problem but everyone stole at different times.
Everything was very good, they were very helpful and very responsive. It was a lovely house and we had plenty of room for the 10 of us, our little ones enjoyed the kayaks and water. the only thing , it listed the fire pit and had a picture of all the wood, which we assumed it was there to use, the book in the house said it was not to be used , so we did spend the first 3 days driving around looking for anyone that sold some, and could find none,(gas station is 9.00 for 4 medium sized pieces of wood)
I messaged the owners and she did help us out, and we did eventually find some about an hour away, but it should be listed to bring your own wood.
The kitchen was good and roomy, (I cook alot, so it would be great if there were 2 large frying pans :)
Overall, we all had a very nice time and thank you for letting us stay at your house! We hope to make it to maine again in the future
Perfect location for a wonderful family vacation. The house is clean and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions. We really enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the lake. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay with family or with friends.
Beautiful spot. Very attentive and responsive host.

Lovely home in beautiful, quiet setting!
I had a wonderful time at Lewis Landing! The home is very clean, comfortable and well maintained with great amenities. The laundry facilities and dishwasher made me feel spoiled!
The setting is gorgeous--grassy walk-out to the lake, shady sitting area, nice dock, great fire pit area. The lake is very quiet with nice coves to paddle in.
The owner checked in with me right after I arrived to make sure everything was OK--nice touch!
My one and only suggestion would be to put a screen in the bathroom window to allow for fresh air and help towels dry quicker.
Thanks for a restful, peaceful, relaxing vacation!

More lovely than the photos indicated
The house and sleeping cabins were fine. Everything was clean and well stocked for renters. The only negative comment is that the mattresses need to be replaced, as they are old. The lake was clear and just lovely. We had a wonderful week!

Thanks so much Anne!!! So glad you enjoyed your week at the lake. Also, thanks for letting us know about the mattresses. Since we bought the house from Mom, we had not lived there in years. One mattress in already and the rest are on the way. Yay! Just keeps getting better!
