This river front property features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room for the home to sleep a total of 6 people.

At 1200 sq. ft. the home features a spacious living room, full kitchen, and beautiful sunroom which also serves as the dining area.

The living room and each bedroom has a smart TV. The home comes with several amenities including wifi, bbq grill, cooking necessities, dishes, linens, beach towels, board games, toys, books, and even kayaks, floats, and lifejackets for your use on the river!

Approximately 100 yards of river frontage accompanies this property. The 12' x 16' riverside deck is complete with a patio table and 4 chairs. Beside the deck are steps that lead down to the 8' x 8' dock. Steps away is the firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs circled around it. In addition, there is a big back yard to be enjoyed.

This property is less than 6 miles to Audra State Park, appropriately 9 miles to Philippi, and approximately 12 miles to Buckhannon.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean grill and grilling utensils (if used).
Clean and put away kayaks and floats (if used). Same goes for life jackets. If life jackets are wet, please hang to dry on hooks on back porch.
In summer months, turn off air conditioners. In cooler/cold months, turn heaters to 55-60 degrees. Make sure nothing is touching baseboard heaters in cooler months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group. No unregistered guests allowed overnight.
No firearms inside the house. No shooting or hunting of any kind on the property. No feeding ducks, geese, or other animals.
Please do not help yourself to the stored firewood. The firewood by the fire-pit is available for purchase at $5/bundle. Work payment out with owner.
