Relax with the whole family on this working Whitetail Deer Farm. This spacious, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the wildlife in peace. 3 bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen and a full size bed. Kid friendly with a highchair and travel crib. There are plenty of board games, cards, dice, coloring books, crayons and a puzzle so you can spend much needed family time together! Country setting. Only @20 minutes from Buckhannon, Philippi, Clarksburg & Audra State Park.

This was an amazing place. Seeing the deer daily, being able to let me kids feed them was so neat. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Luna was an added bonus and such a friendly dog, even if she did take the football from my son and run away with it. But Kara was so nice and easy to communicate with, we did get the ball back. We will definitely be back to stay.

Kara was amazing, there when we needed anything! the house was great, loved the touches like the coffee bar, smores kit, little snacks and farm fresh eggs when we got there. Very clean house and comfy. My dream came true getting to visit and pet the deer!!! We will definitely be back, would love to use the fire pit. Beautiful area and quiet.

My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have 4 children. In 2017 we jumped headfirst into Whitetail Deer Farming. We enjoy being outside and all types of livestock. Our kids are involved in 4-H and FFA and show their projects all summer long. In the fall of 2020 we were given the opportunity to purchase my brother in laws portion of the farm and now here we are..... :)
