About this property
Your Claim for Frontier Days. The West, Uncrowded.
Location: Table Mountain Ranches, Cheyenne, Wyoming
This ad just went up. The ground is open and waiting for the first claim.
The grandstands are full. The city is loud. That’s their frontier. Out here, yours is waiting. This isn't a spot in a row. This is your ground for the rest of Frontier Days.
Mornings here start with the horizon, not a parking lot. This is a place for the self-reliant. A place to reset your compass after a day at the rodeo. You don't retreat to a crowded lot. You come home to open space.
The Lay of the Land
Know the ground you stand on. We offer two territories with two sets of rules.
1. Your 10-Acre Outpost
This is your private ground. Within these 10 acres at Table Mountain Ranches, you set the stakes. This is your basecamp, your private claim for the week.
* Freedom: Park your rig where it feels right. Set up camp your way.
* Fires: Campfires are welcome here in a proper ring, as long as no county fire ban is in effect. You are the steward of your fire.
* Access: This is your home base, 24/7.
2. The 900-Acre Frontier
Your property line is the edge of a different kind of freedom. This is Wyoming State Land, open for your exploration during the day.
* Day Use Only: Explore from sunrise to sunset. Hike it, ride it. At nightfall, you must be back at your outpost. No overnight camping is permitted on state land.
* No Fires, Period: The only fire you build is on your 10 acres. The frontier stays wild.
* Hoof & Foot Only: This land is for exploring on horseback or on foot. No off-road vehicles.
Nearby Landmarks & Drive Times
Your outpost is secluded, but not isolated. From your gate at 727 Latigo Loop:
* John and Annie Woodhouse Wildlife Habitat Area: ~ 5-10 minutes. A beautiful local spot for hiking and fishing along the creek.
* Curt Gowdy State Park (Reservoirs, World-Class Mountain Biking): ~ 20 minutes
* Cheyenne Frontier Days Park: ~ 30 minutes
* Downtown Cheyenne (Supplies, Dining, Western Shops): ~ 30 minutes
* Vedauwoo Recreation Area (Incredible Rock Formations, Hiking): ~ 35-40 minutes
The Offer
$100 per day.
Open to offers for longer stays.
The slate is clean. No one has booked yet. The best spots are yours for the taking.
This is more than a place to stay—it's the other half of the Frontier Days experience.
Come write your chapter.
