This 3-bedroom townhome in Sarasota is perfect for your escape. With 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed + twin trundle, guests will have a wonderful stay. Enjoy the gated private community with amenities such as the huge lagoon pool or the lap pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball, bocce, clubhouse, or onsite cafe and tiki bar! Everything you need for living in the home is provided including hair dryers, iron/ironing board, full complement of kitchen supplies and gadgets. Includes one car garage with entry into first floor, and plenty of additional parking both in the driveway and street parking.

Main level includes the full kitchen, living room with TV, workspace with standing desk, laundry room and half bath. The living room opens to the lanai for your morning coffee. A gas grill is right outside of the lanai.

Upstairs has the main queen bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath with shower and soaking tub. Second bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Third bedroom is the twin trundle that can sleep two. All rooms have celling fans. The second floor also has the second full bath with shower tub.

All this, and quick access to shopping, Siesta Key, Sarasota Downtown, the airport and I-75. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
