Please place all used bed linens and towels in the hall bathtub prior to departure.
If any furniture was moved please return it to original spot prior to departure
No smoking in the house
No parking on the grass
Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or flushable wipes please.
Place all trash in a bag and place in the outdoor trash can which is located on the porch on the side of the house.
Please return the thermostat to 65 heat during winter months and 80 cool is summer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
