Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dock: Ensure Wet Steps are up, lily pad (if used) is rolled up and secured to the dock, all items are returned to the dock locker. Dock Locker is locked and key returned to the house.
Please return the garage door opener to the table at the top of the stairs in the garage. If the remote is not returned, a $100 fee will be charged for replacement.
Includes locking dock locker, exterior door to screen-in porch, and front door. Please make sure the garage door is closed upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Fireworks Parking: The drive in front of the home is shared with 4 other homes. Please be mindful of the neighbors when parking.
Two garage spots are provided and a 3rd vehicle can be parked along the garage door.
The garage door opener must be returned to the table at the top of the garage stairs.

Bart is a 5 star host. All questions answered in a timely manner. The house was clean, all bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen adequately stocked. This home has 3 levels. The bottom is the kitchen and living area, up 4-5 steps and there is the master bedroom with bath. There is also a half bath here. Then up a flight of stairs to the other 3 very spacious bedrooms. There is also a full bath on this floor. The entry to the garage is this level. We were able to park in the garage (2 vehicles) and 1 truck parked in front of the garage. There is also a keypad entry around the house closer to the kitchen. We had 6 adults and 5 teenagers and there was ample room. The screened in porch is very nice with a lot of room and chairs. There is also a gas fire pit there that was enjoyed. The walk from the porch to dock is just a few easy steps. The dock has nice patio furniture, a swing, a dive platform and easy to climb swim ladder. We did not use it, but there was a lily pad in the garage and kayaks on the dock. My son did try out one kayak and had a ball. The neighbor is extremely kind and offered her boat slip to us when the storm rolled in. We always travel with our boat and was happy there was a boat ramp just a couple houses down. Plenty of room to tie off 2 bass boats to the dock. We parked our boat trailers a short way up the road at a local store which has cameras on the area. I highly recommend this owner. He was over the top accommodating us and we hope to book with again.

We rented this property for a week for a big family get together. It was great. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We did a lot of swimming and fishing around the dock. The lily pad and pirate’s plank were very fun. We were able to comfortably park a pontoon boat at the dock. Bart was quickly responsive to all questions. Highly recommend this property.

I get to host and provide access to the outdoors and sunshine to families from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet with friendly full time resident neighbors. All paved roads to the house. Located between Osage Beach and Camdenton you will be close to all the big city amenities.

What makes this property unique

Located on the 29 mile marker you are a short boat ride from many of the most popular lake restaurants and bars. Don't have a boat? No problem, the property is a 15 minute drive from Margaritaville, Dog days and Shorty Pants. A 30 minute drive from The Cave, Captain Rons, Fish & Co., or the Ozark Amphitheater.
