Little Lake KERR access with two kayaks for your use or bring your own kayaks, boat or canoe and enjoy fishing and water sports on Little Lake Kerr.
Five Freshwater Springs, hiking trails, OVER 30 miles of trail riding for 0HV&ATV’s. All within a short distance from the cottage.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place towels and sheets in laundry room.
Trash to recycle facility. The address is in the information book. If check out is Thursday or Tuesday facility is closed. Leave Trash in the red bins in shed.
Pool toys in pool box and outdoor speaker inside in living room under tv. Pool key place on key rack inside to left of door.

I've been here for almost 70 years. I love to fish, and used to do alot of hunting when I was much younger. You can Fish, Hunt, Play in the Lake or the Forest. It really for me could not be any better.
Why they chose this property
I Love the Quiet Safe Location! I enjoy the deer & bear that visit almost each night.
We have many birds and alot of wildlife around here.
The springs are just a short 1.2 mile away. You can walk, ride atv, boating, sking, fishing hunting all right here.

What makes this property unique
Not a Mobile Home or RV! It is a single family cottage with a large fenced yard and it has a privately screened pool and large deck. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with smart tv., 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a laundry room.
Its very relaxing and quiet. The lake is acrosse the street if you want to bring a boat or use my two kayaks. Ride your atv's on the many trails, hunt in the Ocala National Forest, Fish or Play in Little Lake Kerr w/access to the Big Lake Kerr. Salt Springs is only 1.2 miles away. Many Walking Trails within a short distance. The St Johns River 5 miles, Silver Springs 25 miles away, Juipter Springs for a nice day in a canoe down the run.
For City Life there is Ocala or Palatka each about 25miles away.
