Exterior boasts a-large deck and Private screen pool, gas bbq grill, exterior eating and lounging area and fire pit for cool evenings!
Lake KERR access with two kayaks for your use or bring your own kayaks, boat or canoe and enjoy fishing and water sports on Little Lake Kerr.
Five Freshwater Springs, hiking trails, OVER 30 miles of trail riding for 0HV&ATV’s. All within a short distance from the cottage.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place towels and sheets in laundry room.
Trash to recycle facility. The address is in the information book. If check out is Thursday or Tuesday facility is closed. Leave in the red bins in shed.
Pool toys in pool box and outdoor speaker inside in living room under tv. Pool key place on key rack inside to left of door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
