Charming Belfast Cottage! Great Bay Views! Easy Walk to Town!

This cottage has "feel good" bones!! Completely exhale the minute you step foot in the door of this 3 story home! Two bedrooms: one queen, one double. Additionally, a loft with a double mattress and twin pull out couch, plus a bonus "tower" room with one twin bed. One bath, full kitchen, large living room facing the bay, and dining area. Walk out basement and balconies facing the bay off the main floor, master bedroom, and "tower". Quiet residential neighborhood, only a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants, shops, food co op, galleries, and boatyard! Two minute walk to pebble beach! Beach chairs, two kayaks. Spectacular sunrises, plentiful birds, star lit nights! Close to walking path along the Passagassawakeag River and bountiful farmer's markets!
Please note that there are spiral stairs leading up to the master bedroom on the second floor, which are not suitable for children and may not be suitable for people who have trouble navigating them. There are regular stairs leading to the "Cottage Room" in the basement.
Also please note that the bathroom with stall shower is on the main floor, not the same floor as the bedrooms.

Relaxing cottage with stellar views

This cozy, artistic cottage provided the perfect relaxing escape. Waking to beautiful sunrises and the sound of birds and enjoying the amazing views from the balcony was a daily highlight. Its walkable proximity to town and the beach, coupled with picturesque surroundings, made exploring a joy. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels and bed linens. Kelly was an excellent host, providing prompt and clear communication. A truly comfortable and highly recommended stay!

we really enjoyed staying at this house. great location in Belfast, with views of the harbor and Penobscot Bay. easy trips to Mt Desert Island to the north and Port Clyde, Rockland, Rockport and Camden to the south.

Perfect getaway

Great location - beautiful views of the ocean from every porch. Short walk to town to great restaurants and shops. House very comfortable - lots of space to hang out and relax. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Absolute gem in Belfast! Great views, great location to walk to town and the waterfront. The cottage had everything we needed and the owners were so great with communicating and reached out multiple times to make sure we were all good! Without a doubt I would stay here again!

Quaint Get away in Belfast

We had a wonderful stay in Belfast with beautiful weather, great scenery and a lovely walkable town. Kelly’s cottage was very quaint, good views of the bay and right in town. Close to other areas such as Acadia and Bangor. Definitely would want to visit again.

Loved this cottage!

The cottage was perfect for our 4 night stay in Belfast. It had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to linens, and was perfectly located close to town and a beach. The views were excellent from multiple balconies and decks. We loved the sunrise on our last morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Cottage is very well located, sea view, lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to town. Clean and well stocked. Owner very responsive. Narrow spiral staircase to bedroom but owner made that clear, so we were prepared. We would stay there again!
