The house was beautiful & very comfortable. It is in a lovely neighborhood. Our host was so helpful & nice. He responded so quickly to any questions we had.
We had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. It was fully stocked with all that you'd need. Very quiet neighborhood with a great deck view of the pine trees with your morning coffee or for lunch or dinner. Very close to the downtown and all of the nearby attractions.
The house was clean and comfortable in a great area. There is a nice covered back porch with a large dining table facing a forested area. The management was very responsive and the check-in process was easy.
This was a very beautiful home very clean and comfortable it was just a small 4-day trip with me and my children for my 51st birthday this was a lovely place to stay my children enjoyed the time we spent together this is my first time renting a home as opposed to a hotel the host had instructions that were very clear and easy to follow the house was lovely.
Again a super easy and pleasant experience. Communication is always clear and timely. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Just perfect for our Family!
This is our second stay at the property and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. We had 4 adults (2 couples, each in a queen bed in separate rooms) and 4 boys (in the room with 2 sets of bunks). The house is always immaculate, has a washer and dryer, tons of games, a gas grill and table on the covered patio, and a lightly forested place out back for the kids to safely roam. The owner is very communicative and responsive. An absolutely great place to stay.
The property, which was located in a very nice neighborhood, was as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable with adequate linens. The air conditioning worked well on both the upper and lower levels. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the TV setup allowed the watching of both network and Netflex channels. The outside deck backed to a forested area and equipped with a well working grill directly piped to the house gas supply. The location was just minutes from NAU and the historical/entertainment areas. Overall, the home was excellent, and we would stay there again.
There are a couple of things I'd like to pass on. The back deck is small and only equipped with a metal dining table and chairs (no cushions). There were no lounge chairs for relaxed enjoyment of the outdoors. The house interior is not large and it would be difficult to have more than 8 people. The foosball and air hockey tables are in the garage not in a game room. These items did not impact our stay and as previously mentioned we would look forward to staying there again.
James was an excellent host. The place was fabulous and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a lovely time, the weather was perfect - we were escaping the heat of PHX. This experience could have been so much better. There were no wine glasses...we had to buy our own. There were no teaspoons, nor pot holders and the grill was needed a good cleaning. The built in ice maker is very slow and could not produce enough ice for us and we never made frozen margaritas! We finally bought ice. The cleaning/maintenance service needs to decide if the owner wants soft light or cool light bulbs. Combining them in the same fixture gives the place a tacky look, as does bulbs missing from light sockets, The living room is inadequately lighted with only one small table lamp. The maintenance service needs to supply Kleenex, and garbage bags and use toilet paper that is two ply. Nothing says "cheap" like one ply toilet paper. Two of the three of the bedrooms were used. Both the master bed upstair and the bedroom down stairs had too soft, lumpy mattresses. They were not comfortable. The front door lock had issues, but they were unresolved by the owner so we had to use the garage door as our only means of entering/leaving. In the garage both table games had issues. The football table need to have a handle attached and the air hockey game was not plugged in so it didn't work. We also could find the plug for the air hockey game! The house is great for two or three couples. The back deck looking out on the pines is a wonderful place to relax. Attention to detail is needed.
We were in town to help family with a project. There were 6 of us at the house and it was very comfy. The kitchen is large and had most things you’d need. Check in was very easy and good communication with host. Bathrooms had lots of towels and there was extra bedding in closets. It was a great stay!
The location was great, the layout of the home was great. If I could give it a little bit of a critique, I would make the beds more comfortable. Maybe provide cotton sheets instead of synthetic, and the sound bar on the TV was really hard manipulate, the volume was excessively loud, even though we tried to turn it down. Not sure why. It could be that we didn’t know how to do it, but one of the people there was an engineer. It was great that it was pet, friendly, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable!
This place is in a great, quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to many things. The owner is great about getting back to you. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. It has a great game closet and foosball to entertain the kids.
We had a rough start to our journey to flagstaff. Roads were closed due to an accident and we could make it the night of our reservation so we had to stop in camp verde. When I called James he was very understanding and even offered us to extend our stay. We couldn't make that happen so he refunded us the night we couldn't make it, no questions asked. Once we got to the house we had a great time.
We spent a weeks vacation in this lovely home. The layout of the house suited our party of 2 couples perfectly. We made good use of the kitchen with all the appliances. The home provided fast internet and the TV had lots of channels, which was good since it snowed quite heavy for 1 and a half day.But the good weather came back luckly and we were able to do all the tourist stuff. Grand Canyon national park was a highlight. We recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.
We came up for a concert at the Orpheum and decided to make a weekend of it! The home is beautiful and cozy. We had deer in the back yard!!! What a treat that was! The concert and venue was also amazing! I would love to stay here again! On our last it snowed all day and it was a perfect end to a perfect trip. Thank you

Recommend full cleaning service
Property provided enough room for us to be comfortable. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of common areas. No paper towels, or dishwasher soap provided. Dishwasher was left completely full upon arrival. There are spills on walls and ledges not a good look for a rental property. I would not recommend this property.
We had a nice stay in Flagstaff. The house was spacious and comfortable and easy to find and access.
The property had a gorgeous view of the forest from the back and a great view of the Mountain from the street. The house was cozy and had all the amenities we needed for cooking.
Excellent location for exploring Flagstaff area. Large space. Large well equipped kitchen. Attractively decorated in rustic decor. Quiet neighborhood. Owner responsive to questions or issues.
