We had a terrific time at this property. It was great for our family of four, with two children 9 and 7 years old. The pool is literally steps away from the door to the lanai. The beach is a VERY short walk away as well. The condo was well-appointed with everything you would need and more. Everyone felt at home as soon as we walked in. We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation to Sanibel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was like new. No coffee maker when we arrived, but management company responded quickly and brought a new one the day after we arrived. My family has stayed at Villa Sanibel on multiple occasions over the last 10+ years and we love the location. I would stay in this unit again for sure.
