At Waimanalo Beach Cottages, we present nine distinct vacation cottages, just a mere 2-minute stroll from the beach. Our cottages boast all the contemporary amenities you desire, including complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and cable. Each cottage features a cozy seating area, a private bathroom, and a refreshing shower. Equipped with full kitchens, while cottage 9 also offers a convenient kitchenette, all our cottages are adorned with ceiling fans to relish the delightful ocean breeze. Cottages 9, 10, and 11 are ideally located closest to the ocean, allowing you to luxuriate in the marvelous ocean cross breezes. For those seeking additional comfort, all other cottages are outfitted with air conditioners and ceiling fans. Private parking is available for a nominal fee, and a communal area is provided for delightful BBQs and social gatherings. To enhance your beach experience, we offer complimentary beach chairs and boogie boards for our cherished guests.

Historical Waimanalo Beach Cottages is a beautiful country getaway. Steps from beautiful Waimanalo Beach where you see the most amazing sunrise.
Our business is a Hawaii State Licensed vacation rental. We offer nine spacious cottages that comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests. We have full-size kitchens that include the comforts of home for your family and friends. Our local grocery stores nearby make your stay relaxed and affordable.
Our journey began over 60 years when Andrea Peters, mother, and grandmother purchased Waimanalo Beach Cottages, formerly known as Waimanalo Motel by a family who managed the Waimanalo sugar mill. At this time many military personals would vacation at the cottages with friends and relatives.
Once purchased Waimanalo Beach Cottages were occupied by residents for long-term rentals. Within the last 15 years, Waimanalo Beach Cottages has transformed from residential rentals to vacation rentals, allowing our many visitors to enjoy our part of history and experience old Hawaii at its best. Currently, we have an old time resident that continues to live on our property for the past 20 years.

Our family-run business has grown significantly over the years, but our commitment to giving you an extensive range of quality cottages at a good value hasn’t changed.
Our unmatched customer service brings our clients back time and time again, and with over 1000 holidays and weddings booked each year, we must be getting something right!

Why they chose this property
An original piece of Hawaii local style. No high rises or man made sand. Beautiful aqua colored ocean. Local restaurants walking distance. Cute shops. Lots of beach activities and hiking trails. Great spot for boogie boarding and surf spots for experience surfers.
