Ένας παλιός ανεμόμυλος ύστερα από πλήρη ανακαίνιση είναι έτοιμος να φιλοξενήσει τις οικογένειες, τις παρέες ή τα ζευγάρια που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τις ομορφιές του νησιού μας.
Η τοποθεσία του προσφέρει ησυχία και ηρεμία παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο μεγαλύτερο χωριό (Εμπορείο) του νησιού. Το ότι βρίσκεται πάνω στο λόφο του Γαβρήλου εξασφαλίζει μοναδική θέα.
Οι παροχές του μύλου είναι αυτές που θα εξασφαλίσουν μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Υπάρχουν 3 δωμάτια (δύο με διπλά κρεβάτια και ένα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια), 3 μπάνια, σαλόνι με τζάκι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Όλοι οι χώροι διαθέτουν air condition, τηλεοράσεις με δορυφορικά κανάλια και wifi. Στην αυλή το κυρίαρχο στοιχείο είναι η πισίνα γύρω από την οποία βρίσκονται το κιόσκι για την ξεκούραση σας και το barbeque. Υπάρχει χώρος για parking.

Why they chose this property

Ο Μύλος πέρασε στην ιδιοκτησία μου από τον πατέρα μου καθώς ανήκει στην οικογένειά μου εδώ και 4 γενιές. Ο προπάππους μου, ως πρώτος ιδιοκτήτης της οικογένειας μου, αγόρασε τον μύλο για να αλέθει αλεύρι και έτσι να βγάζει χρήματα ώστε να ζει την οικογένεια του. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο τον δούλεψε για πολλά χρόνια ώσπου πέρασε στα χέρια του πατέρα μου. Ο πατέρας μου, μη γνωρίζοντας τη δουλειά αυτή, αφού ασχολείτο με την κατασκευή και ανακαίνιση κατοικιών, ανακαίνισε τον μύλο με σκοπό να κατοικηθεί από την οικογένειά μας,κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε ποτέ διότι εγώ και ο αδερφός μου αποφασίσαμε να τον ενοικιάζουμε για την ανάπτυξη του τουρισμού στο νησί μας. Δουλεύοντας τον μύλο, έστω και με άλλη χρήση από την αρχική του, νιώθουμε ότι του δίνουμε ζωή και πάλι.

Ασχολούμαι με την ενοικίαση του μύλου εδώ και 5 περίπου έτη. Είναι χαρά μου να φιλοξενώ κόσμο στον μύλο καθώς και να τους καθοδηγώ με τέτοιον τρόπο ώστε οι διακοπές τους να είναι αξέχαστες. Ο τόπος μου είναι πραγματικά μαγευτικός αφού σαγηνεύει τον κάθε επισκέπτη.
