The beach is very close, the road from the house ends at the beach. It’s only about a 1- 3 minute walk ( the house is on top of a very steep hill though if you plan on walking back up to the house). It’s only a 30 second drive to the secured beach parking area. The beach parking area has a watch guard that usually charges about $5 - $10 (US) for the day. The unit is perched on a steep hill, so please keep that in mind when considering walking it. We always recommend renting a car. The house provides about 4 - 5 beach chairs and a small cooler for your use at the beach.

The house is located right next to the guard post and main gate entrance. There are outdoor security cameras and a full time night guard as well. It is very safe and feels very safe as well.

All of the windows have heavy curtains for a good nights sleep and keeping the rooms cool, hotel mattress king beds throughout, and each room has its own full bathroom. The master bedroom even has bathtub!

The pool is shallow ( about 5 ft/ 1.5m ) so it gets lots of sun which keeps it at a nice temperature all year long.

The Star Gazing/Sun deck is for your use only. The other units do not offer this same type of open deck style option, making it a unique feature from the rest of the units in the community. The deck sits as a “perch”, with unobstructed and endless views of sunsets and stars. GREAT for PICTURES and unforgettable memories!

The kitchen is large, has an ice machine, oven,dishwasher, utensils, plates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything else you need to make meals or snacks anytime you want to dine-in.
