Great Location

Loved our stay in Williamstown KY. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So much better than staying at a hotel. It is not far from the Ark. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating.

the location is ideal to see a charming Kentucky small town. It was so quiet and peaceful and the unit was clean and well equipped. The manager responded to our concerns and needs in a very timely and thoughtful manner. Great burger place across the street too.

Overall it was a great experience, it's proximity to the Ark Experience was great, there just isn't much to do in the town of Williamstown itself. There were no real dining options in the town itself.

The studio apartment was perfect for the short 3 days we were there. We chose this apartment because of the proximity to The Ark Encounter. (Which is just down the road, maybe 2 miles)There also was a water main break and a boil water advisory, Faye made sure there was a note on the door, bottled water in the frig and ice cubes made with safe water.The town is quant, lovely and appears to be upcoming. We would recommend a stay here.

Ark Encounter

The perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Ark. Only 3 miles away. The studio apt. was very nice. Just make sure you can handle going upstairs to the studio which we had no problems. I loved having the recliners.

Beautiful, Clean & Comfortable

I was delighted to find this apartment for my husband and me to stay in, on our trip celebrating our 21st anniversary. I chose it because I read wonderful reviews, and our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. And the price was right. The communication from our contact person was wonderful and if we ever return to Williamstown Kentucky again, we will choose to stay there.

Comfortable Small apartment

Very cozy, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Faye was wonderful and super responsive to texts. Minutes from Ark Encounter, which was wonderful. Also loved Elk Creek Winery! Apartment was perfect for 2 and town was super quaint with lovely restaurants. Recommend power strips as it was difficult with multiple electronics.

Cozy, clean and comfortable little apartment in a quiet peaceful town just minutes from the Ark Encounter. Faye was a very charming and responsive hostess. I would suggest a power strip or two be made available as outlets were used up for the most part. Otherwise the apartment was just right for two.

Located in a beautiful downtown area. Check-in was easy. The unit was very clean and the bed comfortable. Everything we needed was in the unit. It's an older building and the walls are very thin. Noise and voices coming from adjacent units and down the hallway could be heard very easily. The window AC unit that cools the unit worked well but was very loud. However, it did help to mask the noise level coming from outside the unit. Overall a very nice and unique experience.

Met and exceeded our expectations

We chose this particular apartment rental because of the excellent reviews it received. It not only met, but exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The communication we received from our contact person was excellent. The check in process and check out process was easy. We were right in downtown, which was a very quaint place with lots of opportunities to meet and talk with the locals, which we’d not been able to do, had we stayed in a hotel. We enjoyed eating at Hanzie Flip Burgers right across the street and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in downtown, strolling through the beautiful local cemetery and seeing and learning so much during our 2 day tour of the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Williamstown is a charming little community with lots of delightful people. We highly recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Williamstown Kentucky.
