Brand New Lakeview Retreat: Beautiful Delavan Lake Views & Private Lake Access

We’d love to host you in our newly built, lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is 3,500 square feet with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Sleeps 12 people comfortably. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom and the family room and a lower level bonus room. Enjoy a brand new home with a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

We have two other homes listed on VRBO that are also new builds

- 5br/3ba lake view home (4718007)

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 200 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Strip all used beds of their sheets so cleaning crew knows which to replace (only beds that are used). Please don’t strip the duvet covers or decorative pillows.
- Close and lock all windows and doors, & turn off all lights. - Put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it. - Clean out refrigerator of all perishables - Wash a load of sheets in the washing machine
- Please take trash and recyclables to the street for pickup on Monday morning before you leave. - Place all used bath towels, kitchen towels, and washcloths in the laundry on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautifully done house!! We were a group of ladies on a golf trip. The house was beautifully decorated, had tons of hang out spaces for groups and what a treat to have coffee on the porch and watch the water in the morning. The host had good communication before and during the trip. Would definitely book again.

Communication with Kyle was great! He was very responsive and helpful. The inside of the home was beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and roomy. We enjoyed it very much. Our only complaint was the condition of the outside of the home which did not give a first good impression. It needed some care in terms of cleanup of the outside decks and outdoor equipment (chairs, firepit and grill). Windows were also dirty. I understand that maybe the bad weather this summer contributed to the outside issues, but it would have been nice to have it cleaned up so we could enjoy being outside more. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend staying at this property again.

Hi Donna! Thanks For the feedback. Yes, its been a hot and wet summer which has caused a lot of bugs and dirt. Some years it can be harder to keep up with in Wisconsin. We‘ve sort of learned to coexist with the bugs. Lol. Thanks again for staying with us.
