Whether you’re seeking adventure or total tranquility, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your stay. Spend your days kayaking or paddle boating on the lake, bird watching, fishing, biking, hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling. As evening falls, gather around a lakeside bonfire and lose yourself in the expansive, star-filled night sky.

Nestled in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest, the cabin offers a perfectly central location for exploring the surrounding area. Enjoy scenic hikes on all-terrain trails, charming historic downtowns, waterfalls, and breathtaking views at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising—just 20 minutes away. For a change of pace, the vibrant city of Marquette is an easy 40-minute drive, offering shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Discover everything that makes Michigan’s Upper Peninsula so incredible in every season. From vibrant fall color tours to winter snowmobiling, ATV trails right out the front door, and summer kayak tours and rentals—this area truly has it all.

The cabin is well-suited for couples, families, and friends. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, serving dishes, glassware, stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and ample space to prepare meals together. The cabin is fully furnished and includes electricity, heat, running water, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. With four beds, the space comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. All bedding and bath linens are provided for your convenience.

The outdoor space is just as inviting, featuring a large deck, charcoal grill, lakeside bonfire pit, and expansive front and back yards—perfect for yard games and outdoor fun. We are dog friendly and located on dirt roads, adding to the authentic Up North cabin experience.

All Pictured Rocks could offer and a beautiful place to stay

Your on a lake, it can sleep 8 - all Queen beds, we had 4 people so we all got our own bed. Lake view is beautiful, cabin is comfortable. It has one bathroom and is 20 min from the closest paved road but we would stay there again. Very peaceful setting.

We stayed here for our snowmobile trip. Great cabin for all the guys. Close to the Buckhorn and gas there. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean cabin on a beautiful little lake. Included all of the amenities you need, and in a very a quiet setting.Three kayaks and a paddle boat on site made for a great afternoon of paddling around.At night the kids caught a bunch of catfish off of the dock.Firewood is available just down the road as well.About a 30 min drive to Munising/pictured rocks.Would definitely recommend this place for the value.

Beautiful cabin on the lake

We had a wonderful getaway while staying at this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the campfire by the lake, kayaking, and using the paddle boat. It was in a remote area but still convenient for day trips to Munising and Marquette.
