Convenient Tucson Stay
The location was surprisingly close to family that we visited as well as being close to conveniences desired for a stay away from home. Everything was set-up nicely for multiple travelers with plenty of room for privacy as opposed to a hotel room at the same price. The expectations were clear and written-out neatly.
We are not from Arizona. We are traveling from Oregon and we came to watch a race. This house was very cute very clean and very convenient for the size that we needed all questions. Comments and concerns were answered in a timely manner, which provided to be very helpful especially because this was a new experience for all of us overall enjoyed the stay, enjoyed the area and looking forward to visiting Arizona again
We had a great stay at this property. The only somewhat negative thing I could say is the dining table and chairs isn't as kid friendly, especially for our 1.5 yr old. The stools spin and didnt accommodate our booster seat we had brought for him, but we made it work just fine. Also the king mattress could be comfier! The queen was much better! All in all this location was perfect for our needs and was a great overall value! Thank you for hosting us and we would definitely come again!

Golf getaway
House was clean, stocked well with essentials, neighborhood is a little run down but close to many golf courses so worked out fine. Only used master bed and could use deep pockets sheets so they wouldn’t pull off every night. Grill did not heat up well for steaks, may need new element or ? Did not realize it was attached to neighbors and could hear them talking at night through the wall in bedroom.

Quick to respond!
We were later than anticipated in arriving at the house and it was already dark, loved that the lights were on so made it easier to find the lock box. Unfortunately we were not able to open it. Called Clint and he promptly showed up and gave us keys. House was clean and loved the "welcome gifts", very nice personal touch! Beds were comfortable and loved having our own space as opposed to spending time in a hotel room! Barbeque worked great and saved us on having to eat out for meals. We were in Tucson to watch our grand daughter play softball and this house was conveniently 4 minutes from the diamond! Would definitely recommend staying here. And if she plays in Tucson again, we will for sure be seeing if this house is available!
This was a comfortable house with a good variety of sleeping options. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 young kids. The bathtub was a great feature to have, as was the configuration of the bedrooms and the big rug in the living room. We did notice that the floors were dirty with black dust, since there were crawling babies. If there hadn't been crawlers, we probably would not have noticed, and it's probably hard to keep that dust completely out of the house. Everything else seemed clean and well maintained. The queen bed had a foam mattress, the twin was spring and the double was spring. Not sure about the King/master bedroom mattress. The couch was firm and it was easy to access TV/streaming when we needed to unwind after a long day. Large refrigerator with a well-stocked kitchen (bowls, utensils, etc). Microwave worked well (did not use stove, oven, or coffee maker, though all were present).
Everything was clearly labeled, and there were waters and snacks. The house guidebook was displayed prominently, and was a helpful reference, as was the "checkout" procedures list.
The A/C units were quite loud. If you have super little kids, beware of the glass-top coffee table, and a large vase that toddlers will want to knock over. We forgot to bring plug covers for the outlets, and there are some enticing cords and cables, but it wasn't too hard to keep the kids away from those. There was plenty of room in the master AND the garage-turned-bedroom with 2 beds for a pack'n'play.
The home is located in a quite neighborhood but the residential homes are older. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We loved that our small dogs could wonder in the enclosed yard. Home is fully stocked with everything that is needed. It was easy to check in and out. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Wish the master bath had dual sinks but we made it work. Over all we were pleased with our stay.
Had a great stay in this house while we were in Tucson visiting family for a very special event. Location was very convenient to our family in Tucson. We will visit this property again! Thanks.
