Make yourself at home in this charming and private 4-bedroom Orchard Park retreat. This house offers tremendous space for guests to socialize and relax. Large den, living room, dining room, patio, and gazebo. One king bed and 2 full beds on the first level. Another king bed, queen bed, and half bathroom on the second floor. 5 minutes to the Buffalo Bills stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo or the airport, 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and laundry. Plenty of parking.
