Comfortable mountainside townhouse at Loon Mountain with warm wood finished space, cozy fireplace and spacious floor plan. Great kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and ample dining space, open to the living room. Cathedral ceilings and bright windows open the view to the mountains, and river below. Air conditioning on main level and upper level bedrooms.

Perfect for two couples, a family of 4, or a quiet getaway for two. This 3-level townhouse features an open living area with fireplace, cathedral ceilings with fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, 65 inch TV in living room, wireless internet access, and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a TV, queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Queen mattresses recently purchased. All bedding and towels are provided.


5 minute walk to Viaggio Spa and Wellness Center, The Black Diamond Pub, Loon Mountain Adventure Center, and Gondola Skyrides to the top of the mountain. Monthly rates available.

Great location on the Kancamugus

This was a great location for White Mountain National Forest Area. Within an hour drive to every waterfall we wanted to visit. It had decent cookware which is a big plus.

great get away

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great, right next to Loon Mountain resort. Rooms were a little hot since rooms had no AC but overall wonderful condo. Price was also very good.

Great place

The Condo unit is in a great location very quiet surrounded by the mountains and a feeling of being in the woods from the back of the house. You clearly hear the rushing river which adds a relaxing touch. The house itself is very clean, homey, and a loft which the children greatly enjoyed as an extra bonus. The hosts are easily accessible and go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect Mountain Get Away

Thank you to the hosts of this lovely townhome! Your townhome is incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Lovely condo in a good location (but difficult to find in the dark). The only drawback is the two-door shared bathroom on the upper level- not a lot of privacy. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious condo, prime location!

The owners, Bev and Gene, made the check-in process easy. They contacted us beforehand and emailed us a list of what we needed to know. The property is near Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH — right on the Pemigewasset River off the Kancamagus Highway. The street relatively secluded but minutes from the activities in and around Lincoln. The condo was very clean and the owners made sure it was equipped with amenities and necessities. It has 3 levels and a balcony on the top level overlooking the living room. A nice deck on the second level proved perfect for morning coffee with the sounds of the River below and through the trees. We miss it already! Thank you Bev and Gene!

Good location, well equipped condo at Loon

The furnishings and appliances were top notch and the kitchen was well supplied. The bedroom situation left something to be desired. The primary was fine but shared a bathroom with a tiny bedroom next door. The only other sleeping room was a 4 bed bunk room in the lower level with mattresses not comfortable for adults. Also there is a strong musty smell in the lower level. Perhaps replacing the rugs with solid flooring would help. There was one locked room downstairs and a locked closet upstairs. We had a major inconvenience for several weeks while the condo driveway was being torn up for drainage repairs and we had to park at the next condo association.

We found your critique a gross anomaly. * All our guests in the last 6 years have rated the condo 5 stars. * The work on the driveway was temporary and was scheduled to be completed prior to your arrival!! All of that was beyond our control. * You were amiss in not mentioning that I made a 7 hour trip to be sure you had access and that I could carry your luggage. * You mention of a looked bedroom which is misleading as we advertise 3 bedrooms and that is a 4th bedroom which is not advertised and remains locked which is used for our personal storage as well as a closet. * You were able to receive previous years rates in conjunction with a monthly discount for early booking. * And still you were disappointed with your stay. We were disappointed in your comments because we feel that this property has been a happy place for all of previous 30 plus guests.

Great base for hiking & Highland Games

We were very happy with the condo for our long hiking weekend with the Highland Games thrown in for good measure. I liked: ~well appointed kitchen was a delight to cook in. ~first rental in our 30+ years of renting that had a sharp set of kitchen knives! Yahoo!!! ~centrally located for all of our planned hikes. ~beds were very comfortable--like sleeping on a cloud. ~lots of hooks to hang coats/jackets/towels/hats on--another 1st for us. I wish: ~there were games/puzzles for the time we couldn't get outside and the local stores didn't have anything. We usually bring our own, but always found some at the rental. ~we could have stayed longer. Most definitely on our future rentals list. Thank you Bev and Gene for being available to answer any questions we had. See you next year!

Great location

This is a good location. Very peaceful and quiet but close to town. Lots of room. Plenty of kitchen items. Very clean and comfortable. Based on the pictures I did think we were going to have a view of the river and you probably do in the winter. Highly recommend for the price we paid though. Great communication with the owners.

Great home base for exploring the White Mountains

We used this property as a home base for exploring the White Mountains during the peak of fall foliage season over Columbus Day weekend. We visited Franconia Notch State Park, Mt. Washington, the Kancamagus Highway, and Loon Mountain. The property was a little hard to find in the dark the first night, but once we found it, we were very happy with the location. Easy access to Loon Mountain and the gondola there, and a little bit out of town (Lincoln) to avoid the heavy crowds over the holiday weekend, but close enough to drive in for meals if desired. The condo itself was very suitable for a weekend away. The open kitchen/dining/living area was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the balcony looking out into the woods and hearing the river nearby. The gas fireplace was very cozy on cool evenings, and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The home was clean and well-prepared for us. We were traveling with two small children (ages 1 and 4), so we brought along a baby gate to block off the stairs, and that was really the only necessary baby-proofing. The owner communicated well with us ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.
