Welcome to Seahaven Cottage—a cozy seaside escape with an easy, open floor plan and a shady bayside deck perfect for lounging (yes, there’s an outdoor shower too!). Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors, sun-filled windows, and a bright modern kitchen ready for your vacation cooking—or takeout nights.
Spend your days soaking up the sun, paddling the calm bay waters, kayaking along the shoreline, or biking through protected wetlands. At night, kick back in the cool AC, sip something refreshing, and watch the sky put on a show—sunrises over the Delaware Bay and sunsets over Primehook National Wildlife Refuge are truly unforgettable.
Bringing your pup? We’ve got you covered—we’re dog-friendly and even have a fenced-in yard, so your best friend can relax, too.
The bay beaches here are quiet and peaceful—perfect if you’re craving a slower pace and a deeper connection with nature. Our cottage is clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked to make your stay comfortable.
And when you’re ready for a little more action, we’re just 15 minutes to shops and groceries in Milton, and about 30 minutes to the fun, dining, and beaches of Lewes and Rehoboth.
We like to travel without surprises, so we do everything we can to make sure your stay is smooth, easy, and memorable.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash and recycle out to the outdoor trash/recycle can.
Pile all used hand/kitchen towels and bath mats in the kitchen counter
Start the robot vacume and dishwasher (if used).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
